These terms cover Testclarified tests, previews, personalised results, HTML and PDF reports, accounts and subscriptions.
The service and operator
OptiScale LLC operates Testclarified from 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using or purchasing the service means accepting these terms and the policies displayed at purchase. Purchasers must be adults under applicable law.
What you receive
Tests and reports support self-understanding, education and reflection. They are not diagnoses, emergency support, professional advice or clinical assessments. They should not be the sole basis for important health, legal, financial, education or employment decisions. Results depend on your answers and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Prices and access
The relevant product and payment pages describe the features, access period, currency, amount due today, taxes where applicable, recurring price and frequency before purchase. Purchase availability varies by market. When you purchase, access is linked to the email used for payment. Keep your email, login codes and authenticated sessions secure.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically on the terms you confirm at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself refund previous charges. The subscription and refund policies apply. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Permitted use and ownership
Access is personal and non-commercial. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, unauthorised diagnosis or assessment of others, hiring decisions, resale, unauthorised redistribution, automated abuse or bypassing security. Software, questions, scoring, branding and content remain ours or our licensors’ property. You retain rights to your submissions and permit processing needed to operate, protect, support and improve the service in accordance with the privacy policy.
Availability and limitations
Features, content and technical requirements may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, permanent report storage or a particular outcome. Download copies you need. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Statutory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
