How Testclarified handles information when you take tests, receive reports, make payments and use your account.
Who we are

Information we process
We process the answers and optional background information you provide, generated results, your email and account details, subscription and payment references, consent records and support requests. We also process technical information such as device and browser details, IP-derived country, page visits, advertising attribution and interactions with tests and reports.
Why we use it
We use information to provide tests and reports, save progress, manage access and subscriptions, process cancellation and refund requests, prevent abuse, maintain the service, understand its use and meet legal obligations. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing relies on your consent, performance of our contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests in security, support and service reliability.
Sensitive information
Your answers can reveal or suggest health, emotional, relationship or other sensitive characteristics. We use this information to deliver the tests and reports you choose and provide related support and security. The service is not used to make employment, credit, insurance, public benefit or legal-status decisions.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and similar technologies for progress, visitor and session identifiers, security and preferences. Advertising and analytics operate within applicable law and your choices. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Where required, we respect Global Privacy Control.
Service providers and international processing
We share information only as needed with payment, hosting, storage, email and support providers, including Stripe, Cloudflare and Google Cloud; permitted analytics and advertising tools; AI providers actually used by a feature; and authorities where required by law. Stripe processes payment details. We do not store your full card number or security code. Where information is processed internationally, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain account information while needed for the relationship, answers and reports for access and support, and billing, consent, cancellation and dispute records for applicable legal periods. We then delete or anonymise information as appropriate. We use measures such as encryption, access controls and logging, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing or withdraw consent for future processing. You may also complain to the relevant authority. Contact support@testclarified.com; we may need reasonable information to verify your identity.
Children and policy changes
The service and purchases are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without necessary consent. Material changes will be published with an updated date and additional notice or renewed consent where required.
