Requesting a refund
You may request a refund of an initial or renewal payment within 7 calendar days of the charge. Email support@testclarified.com with the payment email, date and a brief description. Never send full card details.
Cancellation and consumer rights
A refund request and subscription cancellation are separate actions. To stop future renewals, use Cancel subscription. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
